Paste an SOP, OI, order, or training document that cites military publications. Every citation — any branch — is checked against the live official catalogs (does the pub exist, is it current, is the revision letter stale) and every cited paragraph number against the pub's actual extracted text. No AI involved: every verdict is a catalog row or a text lookup, so the checker can't hallucinate the way the document it audits might have.
Citations are one part of a review. Audit the whole document to also check that its governing authority is current and unamended, that no cited pub has changed since it was written, and that its structure and compliance language hold up.
