CheckMyRegs is a free, unofficial index of public military publications. You can search it without an account, and we do not ask for your name, unit, rank, or service details.

What is collected

• Publication watches. If you use a “Watch this publication” form, we store the email address you type and the publication you asked about, for the sole purpose of emailing you when that publication changes. Nothing else is attached to it.
• Traffic measurement. Google Analytics records anonymous usage — pages viewed, how far down a page you scrolled, how long you stayed, and what you typed into the search box along with how many results it returned — so we can tell which publications people actually need and which searches come back empty. A publication number is not personal information, and none of it is linked to any email address you may have given us.
• Advertising. This site is supported by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies and use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can review and change what Google collects at My Ad Center and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Server logs. Ordinary web-server request logs, kept for reliability and abuse handling.

What is never done

We do not sell or rent your email address, we do not send marketing to addresses given for a publication watch, and we do not require a login to read anything on this site. Every watch email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the watch.

Contact

Use the feedback button in the corner of any page — it reaches the maintainer directly and is the fastest route for a wrong status, a missing publication, or a removal request. Tell us the publication number and what looks wrong, and include the page URL if you can.

Corrections and takedowns

Everything indexed here is a public, unclassified publication record drawn from official government portals, and each entry links back to its official source. If you believe a record is wrong, out of date, or should not be listed, report it through the feedback button and we will correct or remove it.
