This instruction defines logistics performance terms and has reporting and review procedures to enable ACC to manage by f act. The focus is measurement of the many logistics processes that provide combat capability to the unit. The result of compliance with this instruction should be the quick and accurate identification of areas for improvement, as well as identification of support problems beyond the scope of the unit. The units’ role emphasizes in - depth analysis of work processes, integrity in measurement methods, timeliness in reporting, and comprehensive remarks describing particular unit support issues requiring further analysis and action.
This document has been substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. Major changes include: reporting timeline requirements, replacing average Hangar Queen days with all Hangar Queens and definitions of previously undefined terms.
