What changed in this edition

The document has been substantially revised and should be completely reviewed. The legacy 98/002 tech note has been updated several times over the twenty years since its initial publication, 2 AFH15-101 5 NOVEMBER 2019 and this Handbook was created based upon the 2012 tech note revision as a starting point. While the table of contents and list of topics will be familiar to anyone who has used the legacy technical note, numerous techniques were updated to reflect advanced processes and procedures, and many illustrations and figures were modernized with improved graphics and pictures
