Changes include: (1) updates titles and responsibilities, (2) adds and revises Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) roles and responsibilities, (3) reduces tier waiver level of approval authority to the maximum extent possible, (4) requires all installations aligned under an air component command to maintain a Base Support Plan (BSP) Part I, (5) allows major and air component commands to identify subordinate installations required to maintain a BSP Part II, and (6) incorporates Air Force Guidance Memorandum 2019-02 changes
