(ACC) This interim change revises AFI11-202V Volume 2, ACC Supplement by (1) correcting a typo attachment reference from 10 to 11, (2) clarifying how to calculate the expiration date of an evaluation, (3) explaining the use of the initial evaluator block on the back of an AF Form 8, (4) clarifying that whatever PEX displays is an authorized identification means, and (5) allowing E-3 4 AFI11-202V2_ACCSUP_1FWSUP 25 MARCH 2021 and E-8 multiple qualifications to be documented on one AF Form 8 IAW the MDS Volume 2.
