This revision incorporates Changes 1 and 2 to AFI 11-401, 7 Mar 2007, removes HARM - specific procedural guidance throughout the AFI (migrates to AFI 11-421), clarifies HAF and MAJCOM responsibilities (1.2 and 1.3), provides MEP guidance (1.6.2.5 and Attachment 1) updates orientation flight guidance (Table 1.1), updates guidance on commander flights with MEP on board (1.12.4.1) and guidance on general officer flights with passengers or MEP on board (1.12.4.2 and 1.12.4.3), updates ACIP entitlement information (Figure 2.1), updates OFDA requirements (Table 2.7) and deletes Transition St atus Codes, updates OFDA waiver guidance (2.6), updates guidance on performance of flying duties (2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10), revises general officer flying guidance (2.12.3.1, 2.14.5.1), adds RPA Time guidance (3.2.3.1), updates General Officer Flying Hour Information Report requirements (3.15), updates the Aircrew and MEP definitions (Attachment 1), and makes administrative changes throughout the AFI. (USAFE) This document has been substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. Major changes include: HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA has been updated to reflect current MAJCOM alignment, provides guidance on NATO assigned US Military Aircrew members, adds HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA Mission Requirement Letter (Attachment 7), and makes administration changes throughout the AFI. (LAKENHEATH) This revision removes multiple redundant references to guidance found elsewhere in the parent AFIs. Clarifies ground training requirements for both F-15D/E a nd HH - 60. Decreases the overall number of incentive flight allocations. Clarifies process for identifying familiarization flight names. Identifies process to track program at group and wing level
