What changed in this edition

This document has been substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. Significant changes include: integrating Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-122, Department of the Air Force Civilian Police/Security Guard (DAF CP/SG) Program into this instruction. Further changes include removing all law and order operations and procedures from this instruction and centralizing them into the new AFI 31-115, Law & Order Operations. This instruction governs actions at the flight level. It includes information on reporting for duty, guardmount, uniform, equipment and SF enterprise governance. (ANG) This supplement is a new publication and must be reviewed in its entirety
