This manual provides guidance for training programs within the TACP WS critical to the ability to project these capabilities into combatant commands.

What changed in this edition

This publication combines Air Force Special Warfare Mission Support, Intelligence, and TACP Command and Control (C2) training programs within the TACP WS into one manual. It creates one training process that applies to all the programs contained herein. The training process progresses from initial certification training (ICT) to mission certification training (MCT). Combat mission ready (CMR) status is achieved as a result of MCT completion and currency with continuation training (CT). Lastly, this manual treats TACP C2 as a function of the weapon system performed by TACP Airmen
