This manual outlines the procedures applicable to the safe operation of the T-38. With the complementary references cited, this manual prescribes standard operational procedures to be used by all pilots operating T-38 aircraft.
This interim change updates the applicability statement for application to civilian employees across the total force and certifies the publication as current. It also provides minor administrative updates to the antecedent publication statement, the records management statement, the recommending changes statement, the allowing implementing and supplementing publica tions statement and the waiver authority statement in the opening paragraph.
