This interim change implements guidance for handling Joint Test Assemblies, eliminates MAJCOM interim ESP approval, modifies (Event) Operational Waiver process, clarifies placarding of multicubes, maintenance of land in and around storage locations, requirements for risk assessments, and Airfield deviations, Lightning Protection System design and operational requirements, and updates Intentional Detonation Site requirements.
