It expands on Emergency Family Member Trav el (EFMT) bedside travel changes from the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) regarding more than one trip per individual within a 60-day window based on extenuating circumstances. It adds missing US Code language and eligibility requirements to the Payments and Allowances Program. Finally, Table 2.2 now contains updated reporting, notification, and assistance guidance matrix
