Major areas updated include (1) removal of a Tactics Review Board (TRB) requirement at squadron and group level, (2) adjusting Tactic Improvement Proposal (TIP) submission process to a new digital SharePoint® format on Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), (3) adjusting TIP control number instructions, (4) adjusting legacy Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) references to current USSF guidance, (5) incorporating standard practices instituted at the 2022 Combat Air Forces Weapons and Tactics Conference (CAF WEPTAC), (6) and incorporating new DAF WEPTAC Outbrief construct at the conclusion of CAF WEPTAC
Publications state their own changes on page 1 — behind a PDF the official host will not serve to a search engine. This is that section, verbatim. It describes the edition above, not every historical change.

1 publication in 1 other community depend on this one, which Flying Operations owns. Each community inspects its own publications; a dependency that crosses communities is owned by nobody, which is why this list normally does not exist anywhere. Built from the publications' own citations, so it reflects what we have read.
If DAFMAN 11-260 changes, these are the documents that point at it. Extracted from the publications' own text, so it reflects what we have read, not a complete dependency map. Every publishing office validates its own document; nobody validates the seams between them.
