This publication serves as the DAF Supplement to DoDI 5000.89 and supersedes any other written DAF policy on the subject. Major changes include adding support responsibilities for the newly established USSF, the incorporation of USSF Test and Evaluation (USSF/TE), and changing this AFI to a DAFI and supplement. (Added) (AFMC) SUMMARY OF CHANGES This publication has been extensively rewritten and should be read in its entirety. This rewrite aligns MAJCOM Supplement with the recent revision to DoDI5000.89_DAFI 99-103, captures changes for Lead Developmental Test and Evaluation Organization selection and approval authority, clarifies policy for Center Test Authorities, removes the AFMC Form 42 from AF Publications and Forms, updates the AFMC LDTO Candidate list and places greater emphasis on tailoring test programs to facilitate rapid acquisition
