This publication has been substantially revised and must be completely reviewed. Modifications have been made to the following chapters: Chapter 3, Replacing DD Form 1805 with United States District Court Violation Notice (USDCVN). Chapter 3, JBA Traffic Code and Procedures, 3.1.4, specifies information needed on long-term parking placard and those authorized to use long-term parking lot on JBA. Chapter 3, JBA Traffic Code and Procedures, 3.5.1.2, verbiage changed to reflect 11 CES/CEF response for all types of emergencies not limited to just a fire. Chapter 3, JBA Traff ic Code and Procedures, 3.12, Vehicle Registration and Insurance Policy has been updated to reflect the current procedure for providing proof of insurance. Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures, 4.2.1.1 added delegation of authority to include the 11 SFS/C C whom has operational and tactical control of on-duty law enforcement (LE) forces. Attachment 2, JBA Parking Plan, A2.,1 JBAI 32-1 has been rescinded and incorporated into the 11th CES Facility Manager Handbook. Attachment 2, JBA Parking Plan, A2.4, rep laced AF Form 332 work order request due to redaction with service request through unit Facility Manager. Attachment 2, JBA Parking Plan, A2.5, replaced Manual for Traffic Control Devices to Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Attachment 2, JBA Pa rking Plan, A2.6, replaced Traffic Warden with Parking Warden
