This instruction implements policy, assigns responsibility and establishes procedures for motor vehicle traffic supervision on the United States Air Force Academy. This instruction provides additional installation specific guidance to complement guidance found in AFI 31 - 218, Motor Vehicle Traffic Supervision, and will take precedence if there are co nflicts. The objective of traffic control programs is the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians through reduction of factors contributing to accidents.
