This Instruction provides guidance for the Airfield driving program to provide safe ground vehicle operations and pedestrian control on Ramstein Air Base. It outlines training requirements for all personnel (i.e. military, Department of Defense Civilians, Contractors) who, as apart of their job, are required to drive on the airfield.
