Major changes include: The elimination of redundancies found throughout the publication; the inclus ion of nationally recognized guidelines found in Attachment 1; the merging of Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 into one chapter; addition of a new chapter on reprocessing reusable medical devices; the deletion of Attachments 2, 4, 5, and 6; and the renaming of Chapters 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7
