This Instruction defines the mission and the day-to-day functions of the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center (TEC, or Brown Center). In broad terms, the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) is responsible for delineating mission requirements and providing for adequate resources, while the TEC is responsible for managing allocated resources in support of its mission.
